Keep the original audio, recording name and transcript together in the Call Log; use your own scripts or draft and refine scripts from real calls; and keep human review and decisions in the process. Managers can see conduct and recording coverage reports, trends, and Hero Scores that show agents their strongest work. Its analysis captures what customers actually said, including comments between survey answers. You can also upload recordings and use the reports without running calls through Dagmor.
