Instories

Instories is a powerful tool for creating animated stories. Create unique videos with over 300 stylish templates

Instories helps creators, marketers and businesses produce animated stories, reels and posts for social media from a library of more than 300 templates. From the home screen you can start a blank project, build a story, make a short reel, generate a styled photo set, or design a single post or carousel. Template categories and a rotating set of hot templates give you a starting point rather than a blank canvas.

A growing set of AI tools sits alongside the editor: an AI stories maker that creates videos in seconds, AI Shorts for converting longer videos into short clips, background removal, a face editor for retouching, plus image and video generators and AI voice. Other features include a video editor, fonts, and captions and subtitles. The company also offers an Instories app and lists Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Threads as its social channels.

The directory lists Instories as free, though the homepage itself does not describe plans. Pick a template that matches your next story and see how quickly it renders.
