Vellm is a paid web app for turning photos of people and pets into short AI videos. Its template catalog is inspired by trends on TikTok and Instagram Reels. Template exports are silent. After downloading a generated clip, the user can add a sound in the social app where they plan to publish it. This makes sound selection a separate step from generating the video.
