Motion

The#1 Rated Productivity Platformfor the AI Era. AI Projects, AI Tasks, AI Calendar, AI Meetings, AI Docs, AI Notes, AI Reports, AI Workflows, and more

Motion is a productivity platform built around AI, combining project management, task tracking, calendar scheduling, and meeting notes into a single system for teams and individuals. Its AI Project Manager plans and manages projects automatically, while an AI Gantt Chart auto-schedules timelines so managers don't have to update dependencies by hand every time something shifts.

On the day-to-day side, the AI Task Manager organizes and prioritizes to-dos, the AI Calendar auto-plans a person's day around those tasks and meetings, and an AI Meeting Assistant handles scheduling and booking links. Motion also captures meeting notes and summaries automatically and includes an AI docs assistant for writing and organizing documentation, rounding out a suite meant to replace several separate productivity apps. It's aimed at service businesses such as agencies, law firms, and consulting firms, as well as sales and executive teams inside larger companies, which fits its listing under project management.

The site doesn't state its pricing structure clearly enough to confirm a specific model, so the plan details aren't verified here. Teams juggling projects, tasks, and calendars across several tools can try Motion to see whether consolidating them into one AI-driven system fits their workflow.
