Every tool on this page is listed as free because its own website says so: free to use according to the tool's own site, with no paid plan mentioned anywhere on it. The directory used to default to "freemium" whenever a page did not say; those labels were re-read from the source in September 2026, so a filter on free now means what it says.
Use it to shortlist project management tools that fit how you want to pay, then open a listing for the description, screenshots and a direct link. If a label looks wrong, the tool's maker can claim the listing and fix it.
